I'm a college student again...

I'm officially a student again. This summer, I'm starting taking classes at Truman College, one of the City Colleges of Chicago (thanks to pretty flexible scheduling and relatively cheap tuition-$72/credit hour). At this point, it's looking like my ultimate goal is nursing school and because my first degree is in theatre, I haven't taken any of the prerequisites needed to get into nursing school. So, I'm looking at four semesters of prereqs, which is actually only going to take a little over a year, as two of those semesters will be summer semesters. To start out my second college eduation, I'm taking Nutrition (online) and General Biology during the Summer 08 eight-week summer session. I have applied, gotten accepted (of course, they have an open admission policy), taken the math placement test (not fun, as it has been approximately 9 years since I've taken trig), registered, paid (always the worst part), and ordered my book. I am officially a college student once again...here goes!
